US President Barack Obama is personally liable for the failure of negotiations on the Iranian nuclear issue, Iran's Parliamentary Speaker Ali Larijani said today.
According to him, the US leader cannot make reasonable decisions because of the internal problems in his country, the agency Fars reports. However, according to Larijani, Iran's government has sufficient flexibility in the talks, Rosbalt reports.
The speaker also noted that Tehran does not intend to accept Washington's demands, and a "wrong policy" pursued by the US side may lead to the failure of the whole negotiating process.
