Azerbaijani ambassador to Russia received Sharaf Order

Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has awarded Polad Bulbuloglu, an Azerbaijani ex-minister for culture, the extraordinary and plenipotentiary ambassador to Russia, a singer and a composer, with the Sharaf Order for his contribution to the cultural and socio-political life in the country, Trend reports.
