The Oktyabrsky District Court of Krasnodar has arrested Vice Governor of the Krasnodar Territory Vadim Lukoyanov today for a high-scale fraud. The court is yet to decide pre-trial restriction for ex-Vice Governor Alexander Ivanov, suspected of excess of authority, Yuga.ru reports.Both officials were taken into custody on Monday.
