January’s session of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe will go down in history as a disgrace to European democracy, Chairman of the State Duma Sergei Naryshkin said.
"I returned a week ago from the PACE session in Strasbourg. I think that this session will go down in the history of the Council of Europe as a disgrace to European democracy," Russia’s lower house speaker said. He was commenting on the words of one of the speakers that "legally, the reunification of the Crimea with Russia is not uncontested," TASS noted.
