All disputed issues between Georgia and Russia should be resolved by peaceful means and Georgia will make every effort to achieve this goal, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Georgia Tamar Beruchashvili said.
"There is no alternative to dialogue with Russia. Georgia has declared that the way to resolve the conflict is exclusively peaceful. Consequently, all methods will be used to achieve this goal," she said in an interview with Voice of America.
Earlier, media published Beruchashvili’s interview in which she allegedly said that the dialogue on trade between Georgia and Russia had been suspended. However, the Ministry of Agriculture of Georgia denied this information. Later, Beruchashvili explained that journalists had misinterpreted her words.
