Georgian Foreign Ministry’s website suffers cyber-attack

The official website of the Foreign Ministry of Georgia has  been hit by a cyber-attack.

The ministry said an investigation has been launched by the cyber security agency of the Georgian Interior Ministry to establish the details of the incident.

Following the cyber-attack, the Foreign Ministry decided to use a new page, mfa.gov.ge.

At the moment, the websites of the Georgian Foreign Ministry’s missions abroad are also experiencing occasional downtimes.
