The EU has added a deputy of Russian Defense Minister Sergey Shoygu to the blacklist. Moreover, two high-ranking officials of the Defense Ministry and two State Duma members appeared in the list, Gazeta.ru reports.14 Ukrainians and 10 companies involved in the Ukrainian conflict were put on the list.
