An Azerbaijani serviceman, Farid Aghayev, was wounded on the evening of February 5 in a shoot-out between units of the Azerbaijani and the Armenian armed forces.
The soldier’s life could not be saved, despite the timely provision of aid to him.
The ministry expressed deepest condolences to the family and friends of Aghayev, Trend reports.
