What conclusions have Putin, Merkel and Hollande reached?

The negotiations of Russian head of state Vladimir Putin, French President François Hollande and German Chancellor Angela Merkel were held recently. They were dedicated to regulation of the Ukrainian crisis. The details of the discussed document weren't made public, but it is already known that it's directed at implementing the Minsk Agreements and includes proposals of the leaders of Russia, France, Germany and Ukraine.

The parties agreed to continue working on the document and summarize the preliminary results in a telephone conversation on 8 February.
The Kremlin negotiations of the three leaders were called constructive in Moscow, Paris and Berlin.
"At the moment, work is underway on the preparation of the text of a possible joint document on the implementation of the Minsk Agreements. The document would include the proposals of the Ukrainian President and the proposals formulated today and added by the Russian President Vladimir Putin. Naturally, with the purpose that this text and these proposals were submitted for consideration of all the parties of the conflict," said Dmitry Peskov, the press spokesman for the President of the Russian Federation.
A German government representative declared that Germany assesses the exchange of views of the leaders of Russia, France and Germany in Moscow as constructive and informative. He also noted that the document on regulation in the east of Ukraine includes the proposals of all the leaders of the "Normandy Four" and is directed at implementing the Minsk Agreements.
The negotiations were also characterized as "constructive and informative" in Paris, the agency France Press writes, with reference to French officials.
Before their visit to Moscow, Hollande and Merkel had travelled to Kiev, where they held negotiations with Poroshenko.
On Thursday, 5 February, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation declared that the idea of sending UN peacemakers is being discussed at expert level. At the same time, Alexander Lukashevich, the official representation of the Russian foreign ministry, could not confirm whether this topic could be brought up during the meeting of the three countries' leaders in Moscow.
