German Foreign Minister Frank-Walter Steinmeier has raised doubts about the prospects of a four-way Ukraine peace summit on February 11. He made such a statement before a meeting of EU foreign ministers in Brussels.
According to Steinmeier, preparations for the talks in Minsk are not completed yet, and it is necessary to clarify some issues at a working meeting with representatives of the Foreign Ministry in Berlin.
"We hope that the open points can be settled, but I have to say again, it is not yet certain. But I want to say again that this isn't certain. There was still much work to be done," DPA news agency cited the diplomat.
