The retired servicemen are creating a new political party named 'AS Parti' in Turkey.
The majority of the founders of the new party are retired sergeants. The founders intend to bring together over 200,000 servicemen in the party, Anadolu agency reports.
Currently, there are 76 political parties in Turkey. However, only four of them are represented in the country’s parliament: Justice and Development Party, Republican People's Party, Nationalist Movement Party and pro-Kurdish Peoples' Democratic Party, Trend reminds.
