The Russian Emergencies Ministry continues providing Armenia with food
aid due to poor harvests in the Caucasus state, RIA Novosti reports,
citing the ministry.
The first stage of the humanitarian operation started on September 6.
Armenia received 1, 000 tons of refined sunflower oil. 13 carriages
(592.6 tons) have arrived in Razdan (Armenia), and 9 carriages (407.4
tons) are on the way, the ministry reported.
The Emergencies Ministry also said that last month Russian
humanitarian aid was delivered to Kyrgyzstan and South Ossetia.
