Moscow Mayor Sergey Sobyanin has signed a plan for sustainable development of the economy and social stability in Moscow in 2015. The plan is coordinated by Vice Mayor for Economic Policy and Property and Land Relations Natalya Sergunina, Interfax reports.
Over 1.7 billion rubles will be spent on social support of the Moscow population. The mayor promised to support the construction sector, small and medium-sized business, enterprises of the real sector of the economy and trade.
Sobyanin demanded prevention of growth of food prices, assistance in food supplies and competition. He warned that budget expenses will be cut. Employment will be backed by replacing foreign workers with Moscow workers.
The investment program for 2015 was optimized by 10%.
