The Contact Group meeting has started in the Diplomatic Service Hall in the center of Minsk to resolve the situation in south-eastern Ukraine.
The leader of the Ukrainian Choice public organization, former president Leonid Kuchma, representatives of the self-proclaimed Donetsk and Lugansk People’s Republics, Denis Pushilin and Vladislav Deinego, as well as the special envoy of the chairperson-in-office of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE), Heidi Tagliavini, and Russia’s Ambassador to Ukraine, Mikhail Zurabov, who acted as a mediator, are taking part in the talks.
