The US House of Representatives has introduced a bill that involves the allocation to Ukraine of up to $1 billion in military aid.
"The Secretary of Defense is authorized, in coordination with the Secretary of State, to provide the military forces and national security service of Ukraine with assistance, which includes training equipment, lethal defensive weapons, logistical support, equipment and different means of provision up to 30 September 2017. To carry out the provisions of this act $1 billion is authorized to be appropriated," RIA Novosti cites the text of the bill.
