German Chancellor Angela Merkel and French President Francois Hollande will decide whether they will go to Minsk after morning telephone talks, France’s Foreign Minister Laurent Fabius said today.
"The decision on whether to go to Minsk (to participate in the negotiations in the 'Normandy format') will be taken after their telephone talks in the morning," RIA Novosti cited him as saying.
