Obama asks Congress for permission to fight ISIS

U.S. President Barack Obama has asked Congress to sanctions the use of military force to fight ISIS for three years. He does not plan to use ground forces in operations similar to the ones in Iraq and Afghanistan, RBC reports.

Speaker of the House of Representatives John Boehner has already criticized Obama’s resolution project for being too limited.
