German Chancellor Angela Merkel and French President Francois Hollande will meet with Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko before the Normandy-format talks. Russian President Vladimir Putin will join them afterwards. The German and French leaders have already discussed the upcoming negotiations on their way from the airport, RIA Novosti reports.
