Chechen Leader Ramzan Kadyrov said on one of his social network pages that the world’s best elite forces will be trained on the outskirts of Gudermes, where a training center is under construction. The center will have a multi-storey apartment building, a residential house, a school, a hospital, a nursery, a cinema theater to train anti-terrorism operations and hostage-saving, TASS reports.
The center will be used for training with parachutes, exercises in highland, forest, water and other areas. It will have an aerodynamic tube. Kadyrov claims that the center will be unique in Russia.
