The contact group for Ukraine has resumed the session at the Dipservice Hall in Minsk simultaneously with the Normandy-format negotiations. The session is attended by representatives of the Donetsk and Luhansk oblasts Denis Pushilin and Vladislav Deynego, Ukrainian ex-President Leonid Kuchma, Russian Ambassador to Ukraine Mikhail Zurabov and OSCE representative Heidi Tagliavini, RIA Novosti reports.The sides outlined preliminary agreements of ceasefire and withdrawal from the contact line. The OSCE may monitor compliance with the agreements.
