Participants in Minsk talks committed to achieving progress

Belarusian Foreign Minister Vladimir Makey opined that the participants in the Minsk negotiations in the Normandy format were committed to achieving progress. The diplomat admitted the Belarusian side had used the opportunity to talk with every party represented in the negotiating process, RIA Novosti reports.
