A political solution to the crisis in Ukraine is only possible while maintaining its neutral status, said Plenipotentiary Representative of the self-proclaimed Donetsk People's Republic Denis Pushilin.
"A full and comprehensive political settlement of the conflict with Ukraine is possible only if the state will have non-aligned status and will be neutral in respect of any military alliances," TASS cited him as saying.
Along with the Normandy format meeting, the Contact Group talks took place in Minsk to resolve the situation in south-eastern Ukraine.
