President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko absented himself during today's talks in the 'Normandy format' in Minsk for a telephone conversation with the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, an MP from the faction 'Block of Petro Poroshenko' wrote on her Facebook account.
During the talks in a narrow format, the President of Ukraine was spotted out of the hall for a few minutes.
Before that, journalists, standing at the hall near the open door, were able to see the presidents of Russia and Ukraine emotionally discussing something in a different part of the room from the other participants in the meeting, Interfax reports.
