The declaration of the negotiations of the 'Normandy Quartet' (Russia, Ukraine, Germany, France) are still committed to the idea of creating a common humanitarian and economic space from the Atlantic to the Pacific Ocean.
The idea, previously announced by German Chancellor Angela Merkel, is referred to as 'Greater Europe' and involves the construction of a common space "from Lisbon to Vladivostok," RIA Novosti reports.
A Ukrainian conflict solution will be a key event on this path, Merkel has previously said.
