French and German leaders to help monitor the progress of the peace process in Ukraine, French President Francois Hollande said after the completion of talks of 'Normandy Quartet' in Minsk.
According to him, the agreement on a ceasefire and political settlement of the crisis in Ukraine was "a relief for Europe", RIA Novosti reports.
