The UN Security Council has unanimously voted for the resolution against financing of terrorist organizations. The document was developed by Russia and presented last week, Interfax reports.The resolution demands that countries refrain from purchasing oil from extremists, paying ransoms. The document stipulates prevention of transit of antiques stolen by Islamists.Russian Permanent Representative to the UN Vitaly Churkin said that restrictions on purchase of oil from terrorists was a major step in the fight against terrorism. It will weaken terrorists in Syria, Iraq and other countries of the Middle East.
