President of Kabardino-Balkaria offers Merkulov premier's office

The president of Kabardino-Balkaria, Arsen Kanokov, has offered
Alexander Merkulov, who was the republic's premier for the last year,
the chance to take up the post again, RIA Novosti reports.

On September 28th the government of Kabardino-Balkaria was resigned
when a new president came to power.
