The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Georgia welcomes the outcome of the talks in Minsk and hopes the Ukrainian crisis is resolved peacefully.
"Of course, we welcome the outcome and hope that this process will be irreversible," the agency 'News Georgia' cited the head of the Georgian Foreign Ministry, Tamar Beruchashvili, at a joint press conference with her Romanian counterpart Bogdan Aurescu.
"An agreement on a ceasefire and the withdrawal of heavy weapons from the zone of conflict was reached, this is very important. Although this is the first stage. The crisis should be resolved through political means, but we do not want to see the region with another frozen conflict," RIA Novosti cited Aurescu.
