Turkish Minister of Foreign Affairs Ahmet Davutoglu discussed
stability and cooperation issues in Eurasia and the Caspian region
with the ambassadors of Turkic language countries in Ankara on
Tuesday, TRT Russian reports.
At the meeting with the ambassadors of Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan,
Kyrgyzstan, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan, Davutoglu said that Turkey
will continue its efforts to improve stability in the regions.
The minister expressed of Ankara's desire to have Uzbekistan involved
in the process. He said that Tashkent had not participated in the
summit of Turkic language countries in Istanbul in mid September.
Ankara will start a session of the special working group of the
Conference on Interaction and Confidence Building Measures in Asia
(CICA).
