French President Francois Hollande said that next week the leaders of the 'Normandy Quartet' plan to discuss the implementation of the Minsk agreements on the phone and to meet in person in a few weeks.
"We thought that if the ceasefire in the south-east of Ukraine really will operate from 00:00 on February 15, it makes sense to conduct telephone consultations in a week and find out how consistently the items of the Minsk Agreement are being implemented," RIA Novosti cited him.
