The OSCE will use drones to monitor the ceasefire regime in Ukraine, Russian Representative to the OSCE Andrey Kelin said, Interfax-Azerbaijan reports.
The OSCE will monitor withdrawal of forces from the contact line and maintenance of the ceasefire regime.
