Making Russia the only country responsible for complying with the Minsk agreements is wrong, the Russian ambassador to the US, Sergei Kislyak, said today.
Kislyak said that the Ukrainian side had a chance to stop the bloodshed after the Minsk agreement was signed in September. However, they did not observe the ceasefire, which led to new casualities.
