The Ministry of Interior Affairs will take all the necessary measures
to prevent fraud at the census in the North Caucasus Federal District
(NCFD) in October, the head of the main department of the Ministry of
Interior Affairs for the NCFD, Sergey Chenchik, said today, RIA
Novosti reports.
In late September, Russian presidential envoy to the NCFD, Alexander
Khloponin, said that he has information about all possible forgeries
of the census results.
This, in particular, concerns the documents of the dead people their
relatives use to get additional funds.
