The foreign ministers of Iran and China - Mohammad Javad Zarif and Wang Yi - discussed the progress of negotiations on the Iranian nuclear program, as well as a wide range of bilateral relations at a joint press conference in Tehran.
The head of the Chinese Foreign Ministry expressed the hope that "there will be no need to extend the action of the interim agreement for a third time," and Mohammad Javad Zarif repeated Tehran's position, insisting on complete and simultaneous abolition of "the unfair sanctions against Iran."
The sides agreed to enhance cooperation in energy, to invest in the industry and infrastructure of Iran, as well as in tourism.
