Turkmenistan prepares for meeting on Caspian Sea in Baku

The Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan had discussed preparations for the proposals for the upcoming meeting of the ad hoc working group on the Caspian Sea on March 4-5 in Baku.Turkmenistan's president, Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, gave number of specific instructions to advance the proposals, in particular, on the cooperation of the Caspian countries in the economic, trade and transport sectors."The Caspian Sea is a unique natural reservoir. Turkmenistan will continue taking consistent actions to maintain its ecological condition and biodiversity, to rationally use the rich resources of ancient Khazar and to strengthen its status as a sea of peace, friendship, good neighborliness and fruitful partnership," Trend quotes President Berdimuhamedov.
