EU chief diplomat sees fragile and positive steps towards peace in Ukraine

EU Chief Diplomat Federica Mogherini has called the realization of Minsk Agreements fragile, yet positive, steps towards peace in Ukraine. The EU will continue supporting the OSCE to assist in settling the conflict, adds the diplomat, RIA Novosti reports.
