Maria Zakharova, deputy director of the press and information department of the Russian Foreign Ministry, admitted the failure of the ministry to understand the logic of Brussels in light of the new sanctions adopted against Russia, RIA Novosti reports.
She noted that the new restrictions in the sanctions had been developed before the signing of the Minsk Agreements.
