Turkish Foreign Ministry condemns terrorist attacks in Denmark

The Turkish Foreign Ministry has condemned the shooting at Kruttenden Cultural Center, where a seminar on religion and freedom of speech had been held, attended by the French ambassador and Swedish cartoonist Lars Vilks on the evening of February 14, and the armed attack on a synagogue in Copenhagen a few hours later, RIA Novosti reports. 

One police officer was killed and two injured in the first terrorist attack, one man died and three officers were injured in the second attack. Danish Prime Minister Helle Thorning-Schmidt confirmed the terroristic nature of the incidents. 

Omar Abdel Hamid El-Hussein, 22, the suspected plotter of the terrorist attacks, was shot at a railway station the following day.
