Iran is negotiating with Russian officials on the delivery of a S-300 missile complex, the defence minister of Iran, Ahmad Vahidi, said, Trend reports, citing the Iranian news agency MEHR.
"The non-delivery of the S-300 missile complex by Russia to Iran violates the terms of the agreement signed between the two countries", Vahidi said.
