New authorities of Kyrgyzstan promise to keep their commitments to the American base in Manas

The head of the interim government of Kyrgyzstan Rosa Otunbayeva has affirmed in her phone talk to the secretary of state of the USA Hillary Clinton that Bishkek will be keeping its commitments of the agreement between the two countries on placing an American center of transit transportation in the capital's airport.

It is said in a written statement of the assistent of the  PR secretery of state of the USA Philip Crowley which appeared on saturday and was a result of phone talks of Clinton and Otunbayeva. The least is charactirized as the 'head of interim government of onfidence of people of Kyrgyz Republic' i Itar tass reports.

According to Crowley, the chief diplomat has talked to the present head of Kyrgyzstan 'To support the affords of Kyrgyz administration to calm the present political problems of the republic and its turn to democracy, economical rosperity and respecting of human rights'.

The chief American diplomat has proposed to carry on the humanitarian support of Kyrgyzstan from Washington and to support the interim government in stabilizing the economical end political situation.
