The deputy head of Hamas's political bureau, Moussa Abu Marzouk, said that the Special Envoy for the Quartet on the Middle East, Tony Blair, recently visited the Gaza Strip, bringing the terms for lifting the blockade of the Palestinian enclave to the local authorities.
"Blair sent a political message to Hamas, that the blockade of the Gaza Strip will not be changed and its recovery will not be started until inter-Palestinian reconciliation is finished and the political program based on the 1967 borders is be accepted as a final, not a temporary solution to the conflict with Israel," RIA Novosti cited Musa Abu Marzouk.
Blair visited the Gaza Strip on Sunday, but he declined to meet with representatives of Hamas.
