Speaker of the Federation Council of Russia Valentina Matviyenko said after a meeting with Mikhail Myasnikovich, the chairman of the upper chamber of the Belarusian parliament, that the mediating skills of Belarus will be needed in Ukraine in the future, TASS reports.
Myasnikovich confirmed the readiness of Belarus to carry on with the mission to fulfil the Minsk Agreements. Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko, he said, will assist in the process.
