Chechen Leader Ramzan Kadyrov said at the Council on Youth Policy of the Russian plenipotentiary presidential envoy to the NCFD that European sanctions against Russia were destined to fail. He noted that Russian President Vladimir Putin had made the country a superpower and an essential player on the world political arena. Kadyrov added that the region had been realizing the Common Concept for Development of the Young Generation for two years.
Moreover, according to the Chechen leader, the republic is actively preventing terrorism and extremism, combating drug and alcohol addiction.
