PACE on Wednesday urged Armenia to return the bodies of Azerbaijani
Warrant Officer Mubariz Ibragimov and officer Farid Ahmedov to
Azerbaijan, Trend reports.
The document was prepared by a member of the Azerbaijani delegation to
PACE, Ganira Pashayeva.The document was signed by deputies of a number
of EU countries.
The document emphasizes that Armenian side recognizes the presence of
the two officers' bodies and says that such facts have a negative
effect on the Nagorno-Karabakh peace process. The document says that
such cases violate international conventions.
