The Georgian Dream parliamentary majority group has recalled MP Zurab Abashidze of the Free Democrats party from the vice speaker’s position, replacing him with Gubaz Sanikidze.
Sanikidze's nomination was endorsed by the Parliament with 104 votes.
Sanikidze has served as the chairman of committee for diaspora and Caucasus issues, Trend reminds.
