An assassination attempt on the Turkish president's daughter, Sumeyye Erdogan, is believed to have been being prepared.
The assassination attempt was planned to be made before the parliamentary elections, scheduled for June 7, the Turkish newspaper Sabah reported today, with reference to intelligence sources in the country.
Earlier, it was reported that Sumeyye Erdogan might take part in the parliamentary elections.
