Iran and Turkey have signed a consulate agreement aimed at supporting
the economic activities of both sides, Iranian Deputy Minister of
Foreign Affairs Hasan Gashgavi said, Press TV reports, citing IRNA.
Speaking at the 13th session of the Iranian-Turkish joint consulate
commission in Ankara, Gashgavi said that the agreement is a step
towards developing consulate ties.
Gashgavi also met Turkish Minister of Foreign Affairs Ahmet Davutoglu
and expressed hope that the document will improve cooperation between
Ankara and Tehran.
