Abkhaz President Sergey Bagapsh has established a working group for a
project on the law on the legal acts of Abkhazia. The working group
will be headed by the authorized presidential representative to
parliament, Dmitry Shamba, Apsnypress reports.
The president noted that the law is filled with 'malfunctioning' and
contradictory acts and has many gaps. The working group was
established to cope with the issue.
