OSCE evaluation mission arrives in Karabakh

The field evaluation mission of OSCE has arrived in Nagorno-Karabakh,
News Armenia reports. The mission will meet the authorities of the
unrecognised republic.


The co-chairs of OSCE Minsk Group Igor Popov (Russia), Bernard Fassier
(France) and Robert Bradtke (USA), as well as personal representative
of the OSCE chairman Andrzej Kasprzyk have arrived to Karabakh from
Yerevan, where they had a meeting with Armenian President Serzh
Sargsyan and the Minister of Foreign Affairs Edward Nalbandian. They
had also met Azerbaijani President Ilkham Aliyev earlier in
Nakhchyvan.


The co-chairs have discussed the program of the evaluation mission in
the zone of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict and presented the results of
talks to Sargsyan. The Armenian president noted the importance of an
objective report after the conclusion of the OSCE mission.
