Azerbaijan and the EU will discuss bilateral cooperation in the field of human rights during the visit of the EU Special Representative for Human Rights Stavros Lambrinidis to Baku.
He will hold a series of meetings with senior officials of Azerbaijan. The visit will last until 26 February.
